Returns and Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
- Product has a manufacturer defect
- Product has passed its expiry date on the date received
- The wrong product was delivered
You will need to request for a replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. Beyond 7 days, we will not accept any requests for return and exchange. When we receive the item back in the original packaging, a replacement will be sent. All shipping costs incurred will be covered by us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed in 14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method ( E.g. credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods) within a certain amount of days. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
