Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm. Orders placed between 4 pm and 5 pm on Friday are due for processing by the following Monday.

The rate charged for shipping your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. If an item goes on back order, we will ship separate parts of your order. You will not be charged with additional shipping and handling fee for the back-order shipment. 

Returns and Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has a manufacturer defect
  • Product has passed its expiry date on the date received 
  • The wrong product was delivered

You will need to request for a replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. Beyond 7 days, we will not accept any requests for return and exchange. When we receive the item back in the original packaging, a replacement will be sent. All shipping costs incurred will be covered by us.
